I am trying to get back to a better life and my current company is trying to run me off so they can shut down then branch. That being said I am a solid 1 million per year sales guy in the fort smith area. I would love to stay in roof as a sales manager but honestly just want something else.
So me and my wife just had our first kid so the company lets me take leave but the problem is I had a lead want to retail out a roof has measurements and shingles picked out already but I can’t do the design meeting at all due to policy on being on leave. Now another sales rep which I didn’t want to happen has done the paperwork but I am only getting offer 200 referral or another lead that’s might pan out to replace it. I don’t feel like I should punished for being on leave the deal was done all we need was a bit of paperwork signed.
