I need help choosing between a repulsor ex and a gladiator lancer, any advice?

So I finally have 2k points of marines but I want some more vehicles so I feel like my army is properly completed, and after deciding on a redemptor for my dreadnaught I’ve been torn on my tank choice between a repulsor ex and a gladiator. On one hand the gladiator is cheaper and has a bunch of re-rolls, but on the other the repulsor ex has more weapons and can also be used as a transport.

Hobbying wise I like the look of both so that hasn’t swayed me one way or the other, and gameplay wise if you wanna know what other units I have then I’ll send them, and my next matchup is likely to be against emperors children or custodies, as the result of being in the final of my local club.

I’m considering starting imperial knights as my next army and was wondering if anyone had any advice on what knight to start out with?

I’ve been playing for a few months now and have 2,000 points of space marines and 1,000 points of ‘nids, and I was considering buying an imperial knight to start my next army (or to ally in) and was wondering what knights are good to start off the army with both hobby and game wise, I was considering Canis Rex but I feel like he may be too heavy of an investment

I need some help list building.

So I’ve gotten into 40K a couple months ago and grabbed the 10th edition starter set, and I have recently picked up the 11th edition Armageddon starter set aswell. I go to a club weekly and they soon have a tournament I want to participate in, and I was wondering if anyone had any advice for my current models for a list.
The rules are 2 1k points armies with only one of each datasheet allowed (except battle line, which can have max 2 units), no units over 200 points (not including attached characters.) Minimum sized units only, toughness 9 max.

I have access to:
-Armageddon box contents
-5 terminators
-10 infernus
-captain in terminator armour
-Librarian in terminator armour
-3 eliminators
-dreadnaught (the small one idk if it has a special name)
-Chief librarian tigerus
-3 blade guard
-chapalin
-chapalin on bike
-a count binface mini on a 40mm base I can use as a proxy
-the yndrasa spearhead for proxies.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.
