Setting a goal

I’ve been on a health journey which has included the goal of 30lbs weight loss which I have now achieved. I want to stop focusing on weight and have some yoga “goals”. Mostly yoga for me is about switching off and enjoying the movement but I would like to do wheel pose again as I had some years of practice. Currently I just don’t have the arms strength/back flexibility. I also want to set out to practice at least 4 times a week, I go to class twice a week but the rest of the week is hit or miss if I do some practice at home.
What are your goals?
Any other goal suggestions?
Any tips for wheel pose?

What are we doing for clothes with body changes?

Stats if you want to know 161cm/just over 5ft 3” SW 74.2kg/164lbs CW 60.9kg/134lbs

What are you guys doing with clothes when you loose weight or change body composition?
Buying new clothes?
Buying secondhand?
Getting clothes tailored?
Just wearing your old wardrobe?
As a petite it can be hard to find clothes that fit at the best of times!

The ramble:
I’ve lost 30lbs over the past 6 months, which has lead to some body changes. I set myself a rough goal, for health and confidence reasons, of being 60kg/132lbs as it is a healthy BMI and the weight I was in college. I am almost at, but not overly fussed by, that goal. The fitness gain/weight loss has helped my health issues massively, the confidence boost from the aesthetic changes are an added bonus.
Fortunately I used to be this size and have a lot of clothes that still fit but they’re a decade+ old and don’t all fit my current point of life. I have some more recent jeans and dungarees but even if I’ve lost one dress size they now feel huge and the fabric heavy. I’ve just had to put an extra hole in my belt for the jeans I bought 8 months ago but they feel ridiculously baggy.. however I’m not sure if I’ve finished my body changes.

How to frame conversations about body changes?

I’ve been actively trying to loose weight and improve my fitness since January (sw164lbs down to a healthy cw 137lbs, just over 5ft 3). A lot of this is about fitness/health as I have been having some health issues that weren’t helped by carrying extra weight on my frame.

When around people I don’t bring this up, but sometimes it comes into conversation. How do you guys frame your goals and changes you have made in your life with people? It’s a personal journey and I don’t want to come across as rude or judgemental. I feel awkward saying I’m trying to loose weight, particularly with friends who are larger than me, and it’s a lot more than just that.
