Does anyone here have a good prayer book of sung prayers or something along those lines for individual people? There are good liturgies of the hours for multiple people, but I haven't really found any for individual people, I'd like to get into that, does anyone have anything of value on this? Would appreciate lots

I'm writing this post because the current process is very confusing.
What I think I understood:
-A majority of parishes and laity and about half of active pastors support WO
-Laity are withholding their tithes and parishes are withholding the money usually forwarded to the general church fund because of a lack of progress on the matter
-The leadership is acting fairly authoritarian around this to avoid a vote on this by the synod after calling a million committees on the matter and is holding back a theological assessment about the validity of WO from 1995
-People are fearing a split of the church
-There is a massive pastor shortage, though the few people finishing their studies at the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Oberursel are very conservative theologically (extending to removing the right of women to be on the parish council) and fairly to very conservative politically
-The LCMS is putting the SELK under immense pressure on this matter by threatening to plant/support parallel churches like in Australia
-The LCMS seems to be acting not as a sister church, but, generally, as the boss involving itself a lot in the theological and structural questions of its dimensionally smaller partner churches (considering motions passed and proposed at the Synod)
Seems very chaotic. Did I understand this right? Can someone provide me with more insight? There is very little publicly available information on this, but I find it fairly interesting
