Not trying to be sexual, political, or negative but a genuine question.

I remember hearing a passing comment somewhere about controversies around the sexuality of Joshi wrestlers in the 80/90s. Don't remember where I heard it, though.

Does anyone know more about it? Or was it just the homophobia of the time?

I'm no longer in Denver... There's no tents, no one is wearing clothes that say "Colorado" and the business names don't mention the altitude.
