I was recently in a car accident. The krooka (police report) came out, and the other driver is 100% at fault. I have third-party insurance (ضد الغير), I want to know what the best approach is here:

1. Is it better to take a cash payout (نقدًا) directly from the insurance company based on their assessment?
2. Or is it better to fix the car myself at a shop and then submit the bills/invoices to them?
