Anyone have any ideas on how to raise my body battery?

I [33F] am needing some help, y’all! This is what my body batter looks like for the last month and as you can see it is chronically low.

For added info….I do have anxiety, have tried different therapy, I’ve never been a smoker, and I completely quit drinking alcohol 7+ months ago, hoping that would help. Unfortunately it didn’t, which is why we’re here now!

Also, I wear my watch every single day (In case anyone wondered since some days don’t have both dots).

I am always tired and haven’t had any extremely physical days. At this point it’s hard to get out of bed.

I just can’t stand always being drained and unable to show up for my friends and family the way I’d like.
