Hi I am hoping someone can help me. Has anyone got there superdock yet? I ordered my on 8/6/25 and I have not received anything and the update page is not really being helpful. I reached out to sales and I had got no answer. Can someone please help me figure out what is going on. Thank you

Anyone get there superdock yet? I have been waiting since 8/6/25 and when I emailed sales to find out things no one responds. Please someone advise us what is going on!!
