Wanting to experiment with different things..

How do you guys feel about peptides?

I’m 18, I work out everyday because I’m preparing for college to do firefighting, it’s been about two months of consistently working out, and I haven’t got much bigger. I try to eat a lot every day, especially protein. which I did start off pretty skinny fat and I’ve gained about 10 pounds so far.

I take T and have been for 3 years, I’m hoping to up my dose soon but.

I’m looking into HGH ( human growth hormone) and GHKCU ( apparently it’s good for skin, hair, sleep)

Is this a true fact about firefighters

Hey, I was wondering if it’s true that firefighters usually live off of nicotine and caffeine? Lol.

So vaping, zyns, energy drinks, coffee etc.

If you do, how do you keep your cardio good if vaping isn’t good for your lungs.

I’m pretty much four months postop with Dr Hontschaurk in Toronto!

I do think I stretched a little bit too far and my first month so it made them a little thicker but
