Powder Coating Oven

I’ve been doing some hobby powder coating in my home shop for a few years now. Mostly small car parts and antiques. Recently picked up a new customer that is wanting larger projects done and since I’ve pretty much out grown my small smoker oven, it’s time to build a new one. Thinking of doing something that is 5’Hx3’Wx2’D. I figure this will fit most anything that I’d be asked to powder coat. Any suggestions on if this is too small or too big for a garage application? I’ll probably be running 2 heating elements like the type found in electric smokers.

I’ve been powder coating as a hobby in my garage for the past 3-4 years and it’s time to upgrade my setup. I’m currently using the Eastwood Hotcoat PCS-250 with dual voltage 15Kv - 25Kv. However, I’d like to start experimenting with some Illusion colors where there are 2 coats required. I’d like to upgrade to a 100Kv system without breaking the bank. I’m currently looking at either the Powder Coat Pro (PCP) KV 100 system or the Vevor 100KV system. Both retail for about the same price, just under $500. I like that the PCP set up has a smaller footprint for the limited space I have, but the Vevor has more reviews. Has anyone had experience with the PCP system?
