Hi everyone. I have been having severe symptoms for the past 10 years on and off and just got this test back. I had taken ubt, rut and stool antigen which all turned out negative. There is also overgrowth of other bacterias. Should I start treating h pylori or need to do something about other overgrowths and any suggestions to handle this effectively

Could this be considered as a significant Mold Exposure?

Hey Guys, I recently stumbled upon Mold Exposure and I am having doubts if all my problems and symptoms could be due it. I stayed in a rental from ages 8 -14 and all my problems started when I was 12 yo.

The thing is that there was no mold inside the home but there was a terrace right next to us. I used to spend my mornings and evenings atleast 1/2 hour daily outside there, which I have attached the photos of , every case I have read here is talking about mold growing inside their homes and living in it but for me its different.

I have SIBO, histamine intolerance, bloating , brain fog, diarrhea etc . I have been suspecting it to sibo or candida but I could not point to particular trigger point for me except this.

I am now 22 yo I have left the place 8 years back and still face these issue. Could it be due CIRS due to this exposure if this could be considered. I have few memories since I was a kid and remember touching the mold many times since it was the terrace and even remember the faint smell of the mold.

Snapping after 4 months

I had my Surgery for Labral tear and FAI in the month of Feb 2026. After about 2 months both hip were fine and completely healed and I was going to the gym regularly. 2 days back after doing squats , I heard snapping in my left hip which I hadn't heard in the last 4 months. Also there is burning sensation and pain but only a little and not as much as pre op. I am scared now that I might have ruined the surgery.
