I work for a booking line for imaging and consultant appointments for a health clinic
I had a man so rude on the phone, he wanted MRI images from another clinic, I told him that he’s through to the booking team and we don’t actually have access to such things. He asked for imaging admin and I said I will find the number (we’ve recently transitioned to zoom work space so I’m getting used to remembering where things are)
I was less than 39 seconds anyway. He said I was ridiculous , he said he can’t believe I can’t find the number to my team and I asked him to please be respectful or I’ll hang up , he was shouting saying ‘what so you’re ACTUALLY going to hang up on me’ I said yes and hung up
Now I’m crying
