Does anyone have a headset recommendation under $300 or so?

I need the following:

• Integrate with Dialpad outbound calling system
• Ideally noise cancelling and/or clear audio reception
• Comfortable

My Plantronics Savi 8200 Office Series always just cuts/in and out. I'll take an inbound call and there will be an audio delay after the call goes through - leads to a frustrated prospect. Thanks
