Any problem on spine?

Hi everyone! This my first post btw..I've been a hybrid athlete (amatueur) for over a year now, from Istanbul, Turkey. My sports background is; I cycled for 3 years between age 21-24 (40 miles a day 3-4 days a week), did fitness in gym between 24-26. Went to swimming, basketball and tennis courses when I was a kid (8 to 11), I even got a bronze medal from a swimming contest from that the course 😄. I had to quit sports between ages 26-40. And I was diagnosed with thoracic disc herniation, loss of cervical lordosis, scoliosis on my spine (I was a fashion and still life photographer) with MRI results after I had severe back pains. The physical therapy doctor always recommended me to swim. 13 months ago, after my daughter's insists, I began to swim with her in the pool and decided to swim with intervals, improved my technique and swimming economy.

Then a couple of months later I added core excercises and then walking 5-6 kms (3-4 miles) every single day. For over 3-4 months I was doing 3 workouts every single day and then one day when I was doing my swimming workout, at the begining of it, my body and nervous system gave up (like hitting to a wall), my body was on fire, breathing heavily and my pulse went very up (160-170 bpms), I could see that from my watch 😑 I overtrained the hell out as a starter..So my workout plan changed completely from that day, only 1 workout a day. Everything is going very well now. For about 6-7 months, I even adapted my body for running, doing running and walking intervals. Now I can run non stop 6 km (3-4 miles) in the forest 2 days a week, can swim 2 km (1.2 miles) a day (3 styles) and just added functional exercises at the end of my core workout routine with ressistance bands. I'm 175 cm (5 feet 9). Was 87 kg (192 lbs) before and now 78 kg (172 lbs). My body fat was %26-27 and now %15-16. But I still worry that my spine will be or can be a problem in the near future.

I was wondering, do you have any health issue or problem on your spine like this (disc herniation etc..)? How do you manage? Do you have back pain sometimes? (Every since I started to workout I don't but I worry alot)
