Please let us know how it goes. Our store is not a tester but we will be changing the Amazon procedure around week 3, I think.

We've talked about it, read the paperwork and will be training pretty soon.

But damned if it doesn't sound tedious and more time consuming. Especially for the Amazombies who have multiple returns.

Hopefully it won't be, BUT, it is Kohl's, sooooooo, yeah.

Corporate doesn't care how it affects us, the ones who have to deal with the entitled Amazombies as well as handling the extra workload that has nothing to do with Kohl's other than the "partnership" with Amazon.

Just curious and any tips u discover, plz share them so we can get prepared. Lol
