My band is on the quieter side, with towels on the drums but with fuzz and wall of sound stuff. Both amps can sound great, and volume wise the DRRI is enough… but will I FEEL the lows from it? Or should I go Twin, which is “too loud” for the assignment but has the two speakers? Also, I have a Bugera attenuator.

In other words, the goal is full and rumbley but not hurting the ears.

Strangely, the Twins are cheaper, around $700, but DR is $900. But also the huge weight is a bummer.

Ok: so, if you’ve played both, is there any argument for the Twin? Thanks!
