Anyone actually find the Best Pillow for side sleepers and neck pain?
I honestly didn’t think finding the best pillow would turn into this big of a struggle
Lately I’ve been waking up with neck pain almost every morning, and I’m starting to think my pillow is the problem. I’m mostly a side sleeper, but I switch onto my back during the night, so I’ve been searching for the best pillow for side sleepers while also looking into the best pillow for back sleepers.
At one point I thought I found the best memory foam pillow, but after a few nights it started sleeping way too hot. That sent me into another rabbit hole trying to find the best cooling pillow that still gives enough support.
Now I feel like every company claims they make the best pillow for neck pain, but half the reviews online sound completely fake.
So I’m asking real people instead what’s actually worked for you? Especially if you’ve found one of the best pillows for back sleepers and side sleepers without spending a fortune.
