How to learn about the actual office environment when interview processes is handled totally centrally?

I am interviewing with the notorious pi firm for an entry level position, and while the overwhelming majority of the comments tell to run, some say it all depends on the specific office. Their hiring process for this role is first screening phone call, and then video call with hiring manager from Florida (my next step). And that’s it. If anyone has any tips or ideas about how to learn about the actual environment before accepting the offer (if they give one), I’d really appreciate it!
Edit: Sorry about the typo in the title

Dangers of Demand CS?

If some got sprayed on textile sneakers in the garage, would I need to do anything? I don’t know for a fact that they were sprayed on, but they were in that area. Don’t want to wash them if I don’t have to.

The substance was sprayed on baseboards and 1 feet along walls and floors of the garage. And one concern of mine is: there are people in the house that spend a lot of time in the garage at night with door closed, how dangerous would the continous vaporization be? I left the garage door open over an hour after the spray (I don’t know if substance airs out as well on hot days but still)

Thanks a lot in advance!

How to put this windshield wiper blade back on

I have a 2011 Santa Fe, and my windshield wiper blade came off while wiping. I couldn’t figure out how to reinstall it. Watched videos on youtube (couldn’t find the same style), looked at the manual too (got more confused). It’s also possible that a piece broke and got lost too. Sorry for the ten thousand photos, I wanted to show all the angles and how much I could make some pieces move.
Thank you so much in advance!

I decided not to get the job, how to proceed?

After the first interview, I was scheduled for the second one (which I think is also the last one). But I decided I don’t want to work there at least for now. I am currently not working and not interviewing anywhere else. So I can’t tell them I decided to take another offer or to keep my current position. I have heard many horror stories about how bad the job and the company is. So for now I don’t think I’m ready to accept an offer there but I don’t want to close the doors for good either.

Do I do the second interview and decline if I get an offer? Or cancel the second interview with an email and hope they won’t cross out my future applications in case I apply again

Thanks in advance!

How to access Word

My school login no longer works and I can’t edit Word documents on my old Mac now. I don’t know which kind of product to buy and how to use. Looking at Costco website it says needs latest versions of MacOS, whereas my Mac is suggesting that I can download MacOS12.

I just need to be able access and edit word documents on my old Mac. Which product would be the easiest/cheapest way?

Thanks in advance!
