It's getting real bad. At this point is 1/2 games. tonight's been just that. I know these kinda posts don't really do much, except maybe backfire, but I guess I just wanted to shout into the void.

I saw a recent post here saying private tracker support was back. From what I understand, the best way to avoid issues with private trackers is to seed as long as possible, and presumably to keep a fixed IP.
I've gone through the FAQ, the docs, and reached out to support, but I still need to clarify a few things.
For reference, I have a Pro subscription. As I understand it, that means torrents I request should be seeded for up to 30 days. But my understanding is that for seeding to continue that full 30 days, the file also needs to stay in an active slot, and if it gets removed from a slot, seeding stops.
Is that correct? Or does TorBox seed for 30 days regardless of slot status?
The FAQ also mentions being able to buy a fixed IP as a service, but that page is from 2025. When I look at the current purchasing options on the site, I can't find it anywhere. I also recall there used to be an option to buy extra slots, and that seems to be gone too.
Am I missing something? Is the fixed IP option discontinued, or still in the works?
I'm still figuring out how everything fits together. From what I've seen, it sounds like it's not quite ready yet, but any confirmation would be appreciated!

I just went through a round of apps patching and couldn't help but notice how easy and convenient it has become. The app is constantly updated and improved, the team is always on top of things.
Just wanted to express my appreciation. It saves me so much time, effort and frustration compared to what my experience would be on the vanilla apps.
