Getting an older TW and it has a nastily painted rear rim, and a few other not stock things that I’d like to address. And overall, where do you get basic parts for them? I’m new with bikes. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I’ve been wanting to have a tw200 for some time now and decided to finally go and get one. What mileage is considered ‘not good’ and what price is considered ‘normal’?
