City 60097 - mod - four trams for a double loop line

City 60097 - mod - four trams for a double loop line

I was wondering the disposition of the tracks for my future LEGO City. I asked a friend who has better experience, and He said that a loop will be easy since It don't takes too much space. I also modeled four trams that I gonna use for this tram line. I got the idea to split the four trams into two services : one "Clockwise" and the other "Counterclockwise". What do you think ?

City 60097 - mod - Airport Rail Link or City Tram ?

Since I noted that it will be difficult to electrify the airport rails for my Lego City, I got the idea to make an rail link that go from a location in the City to the Airport. But I'm hesitating between make an Airport Rail Link and use these trams as City Tram, since I decided to put the 60423 tram as the official City Tram. What do you think ?

All of my train projects for my LEGO City

I have three different train projects : a metro train (first image), two trams (second image), and an airport inter-terminal train (third image). With exceptions of the two first pictures, Im planning to use 9v tracks that I'll use for every other trains, like my inter-terminal train. What do you think ? Do I need to modify something ? Do you have any ideas for a layout ?

Final modification on my airport inter-terminal train project

Since a 5 car would be difficult on this train design, and for budgetary reasons, I decided to make the original tram, but without the pantograph. I also motorized my train with a PF motor bogie, an IR receiver that I connected to the motor bogie, and, instead of using a battery box, I decided to put a 9v motor bogie at the rear, which I'll use as a power pick-up. What do you think of my project ?

I was talking to a friend while modelling my inter-terminal train based on the 60097 tram, when he said that the train must me orange as a reference to the official set. I also replaced the rechargeable battery box with a 9v train motor that I'll use as a power catcher with the 9v train tracks. What do you think of my work ?

I just finished my new inter-terminal train for my Lego City airport project, but something went in my mind. Between battery box and 9v tracks (which Jangbricks used to power one of his trains), which power source should I put, since I want to light up the interior ? Please note that I gonna need some cables and LED for the second option.
