How to get rid of it?

I was going to some bad places I shouldn’t have been. I was going to some bad sites. I clicked some questionable links and now my pc has a hentai theme and my web browser moans every time I go to a new page. I gotta give a presentation at school tomorrow, pls help me get rid of the virus thx.
