Why do we forget every season the second it ends? 😭

Why do we forget every season the second it ends? 😭

Is it just me, or do Bigg Boss seasons have the shortest shelf life ever?

While the show is on, it’s our entire personality. We spend 15+ weeks fighting for our lives on Twitter, watching 24/7 live feeds, analyzing every mudda, and screaming about vakeel behavior or unfair evictions. The drama feels like life or death.

But the moment the Salman Khan finale ends and the winner lifts the trophy? Complete amnesia.

Within a month, the hype dies. Within six months, we barely remember the middle weeks, the random wildcards, or why we were crying over a captaincy task. Unless a contestant does music videos, hits another reality show, or starts a massive post-season controversy, the cast just fades away...

Forced to interview THREE separate times for the exact same round over a profile picture glitch… only to get ghosted and rejected. Accenture HR is an absolute circus.

I just need to vent about the completely broken, brain-dead recruitment process at Accenture.

I was interviewing for a role recently, and my interview got rescheduled three separate times. Want to guess why? Was it because of a scheduling conflict? A change in project scope? Lack of skills?

No. It was because my profile picture on their internal candidate portal hadn't updated properly on their end.

Because of this stupid system glitch, HR and the interview panel had zero internal coordination. Nobody knew what was happening. They literally made me re-appear and answer the exact same questions three times for the same round just to tick a bureaucratic box. I basically did a comedy routine for them while they figured out how to use their own portal.

After dragging me through this circus and wasting hours of my time, I finally get the generic, automated "We are unfortunate to inform you..." rejection email.

It is completely obvious that neither HR nor the hiring managers have any internal follow-ups with each other. Everyone is just doing things for the sake of hitting metrics, with absolutely zero respect for the candidate's time. If your internal tools and coordination are the main problem, stop punishing the candidate for it.

Has anyone else dealt with this level of administrative incompetence from Accenture recently? Bullet dodged, I guess.

What are the few things I need to ask the HR before joining??

So I'm about to join Accenture's Mumbai location. And the role requires me to come to the office, and I’ll have to relocate for it. What are the few things I’ll need to be clear about or should know before joining? Also, what about the WFO policy after PM's new WFH plea? Can someone please help🙏
