Need some help building an AI Automation system for inbound and outbound real estate leads
I use a system called X Leads and Poperty Leads which both don’t have an API to work with. All my inbound and outbound leads live in those 2 CRMs.
I’ve tried integrating with Apify but failed miserably due to not knowing how to implement nonstandard and custom integration requirements.
I’m trying to find a way to pull data from the CRM and notes (Property Value, Repairs, Comparables) and shoot a text message to the home owner with the offer and based on sentiment (interested or not)
Give me a signal notification to call them myself if they are interested. The cooler part would be a Voice integration that takes my voice and clones it with ElevenLabs and then handles phone call end 2 end but I think we are far off from that.
Some leads have gone cold at 30-60 days and I can’t find the time to call them up so an automated SMS follow up trigger would be super helpful.
Want to keep it simple and clean. No API CRM to SMS with Twilio. Maybe VAPI or Bland for Voice calling. Willing to hire someone who has done something similar or exactly the same.
