Planning to hike Tabaguache and Shavano on Saturday, 80% lightning reported. Going to monitor the weather but anyone have experience hiking with these chances?

I have not been taking DIM and my blood work has been great. My doc said I really should but when I take it makes me feel like crap. I even had an episode where I thought I was going crazy! Feeling delirious and moderately like I was losing my mind. Difficulty sleeping with heightened anxiety. Any similar experience to this and if so what did you do?
