Group training programming

So my gym threw a functional group training class my way and basically said do whatever you want with it. The thing is: it’s a whole hour, 12 people max, the management wants it to be higher intensity and I don’t necessarily want to kill anyone (lol). How would you structure it?
I am thinking 6 stations with 4 exercises, 2 people each, 30 second rest between each exercise and 2.5 minute rest between each station. That would be just over 40 minutes of active class leaving 20 for demo and stretching after. Thoughts?

AFAA GFIC worth it on top of NASM CPT?

I am already NASM certified as a PT and am wondering if getting a CGFI would be worth it on top of it. I am pretty fresh so I’ll be working for commercial fitness gyms for at least a while. Anyone had both and it was useful? Anyone regretted it?

Freshly certified. What’s next?

I just got my NASM-CPT (passed the exam yesterday!). I am now wondering which way to go. Considering working for a non profit like the YMCA to gain experience for a year for now (yes, I know the pay will be crappy), also debating getting the AFAA CGFI certificate while I do that. What would you recommend? I am also looking at possibly getting CrossFit level one down the line and am interested in the NASM bodybuilding and physique. I am a woman for what it’s worth too.

NASM CPT vs POCKET PREP

I am sure this has been asked before, but for those that got certified recently: how do you feel NASM practice exams as well as pocket prep questions compare to the actual test? I am scoring 80s-90s on pocket prep (went through all of them by now) and mid 70s on NASM practice tests. Used that as well as sorta heathy for prep. Admittedly didn’t read the book in depth. I feel like I understand the concepts pretty ok but slightly freaking out as my exam is in 1.5 weeks. Any tips?
