Question for those of you who saw this in the theater in ‘99: what did you think this line by Switch meant, if anything? I remember my dumbass 17 year old brain thinking, “haha she’s calling him a pretty boy.” It took me way too many rewatches to clock the Duracell reference later. 🙃

Edit: keep in mind the reveal about humans being batteries hasn’t happened yet when Switch says this. So if you got this at age 6 and 10, good on you 💪🏾

Anyone else watched the trophy lift and celebrations over and over this summer? I'm following the transfer stuff of course, and the new season is just around the corner. But it's so fun to relive the joy from May. Champions of England!
