Submitted my FASFA at end of June on Monday but now ASU is saying FASFA processing is paused until mid July. I'll be starting my Psychology Master degree progrqm in Fall 2026.

Should I pursue a Master's since trying to get a job isn't working out?

I graduated from the Teacher's college last Semester (Fall 2025) with my Bachelor's in Special Education and I have applied for teaching assistant jobs in local schools near me as I am still getting my teacher cert. because I don't feel ready to jump into the teaching career yet and need more experience in the classroom. I either have not heard back or have gotten interviews but didn't get any TA position for K-12, and I have applied to 8 positions since January, but the job market is not working out, and it is awful, and I am struggling financially. I am deciding to get my MS in psychology because I like school and feel it will give me some financial stability and work at ASU again as I did last semester. Is graduate school hard to get into?
