How bad is Chapel Ridge really?
Hey everyone! I’m an incoming UNC student and this is my first time apartment hunting so I’m feeling a little overwhelmed. Right now I’m trying to decide between chapel ridge and shadowood apartments. Chapel ridge is really appealing because I’d have my own bedroom and bathroom, the price is good, a lot of utilities are included, and I don’t have to worry about finding roommates. It sounds great, but everything I see online is negative and I’m not sure how bad the situation is truly. Shadowood looks great too but the only option that fits my situation is splitting a 2bed 2 bath and I would have to find a roommate within the next month and I’m trying to be realistic about that. If anyone’s lived at Chapel Ridge recently is it bad like stay away at all cost bad or bad like annoying sometimes but you could manage for the price?
