Career
Hi so I’m a third year applied and computational mathematics student and I’m very lost on what I wanna do in my career. I was into finance in the beginning and pursued it only to find that it’s not really the life I want. I know my options are endless as my degree is versatile but for me that’s the intimidating part. I’m interested in meteorology at the moment but I’m scared that will fade away. I’m writing to seek guidance from anyone who was in my shoes. How did you find your ideal career and what you’re truly good at as a math student? I know doing internships during the summers helps and I’m doing that, but I feel like there’s another way to find out the career I’m into. I just need someone to simplify the options and let me know what to do. Thank you in advance and I really hope I get the help!
