dose anyone else feel embarrassed???

i dunno why but a lot of times i feel embarrassed to be little around people it’s like im doing it wrong or something??? im not exactly sure how to explain it

nonverbal??

i have autism and ptsd so i tend to go nonverbal a lot especially when little does anyone have any advice on how to deal with it or how to communicate during these episodes

i don’t know how to handle this tbh so like any advice with anything would be appreciated or if anyone knows any subreddits their may be able to help better
