Knee hurts more during recovery/healing

Hi everyone. I have a bit of an odd situation.
5 weeks ago I (27F) hurting myself playing soccer and stupidly went backpacking the following weekend since the pain was tolerable. After the trip, it was extremely painful and difficult to walk for the next week. Fast forward 4 weeks and an MRI later, I was diagnosed with a subcondral fracture of the lateral femoral condyle with bone edema. No tears, just the fracture.
The week or so leading up the diagnosis I was walking fine with very limited pain, so I was of course shocked and upset learning I need to go 6 weeks of non-weight bearing.
Now that I’m doing non weight bearing (the best I can) I feel like it’s hurting and sore more than before the diagnosis? I use a scooter and crutches. Anyone have an experience with this? Why would it hurt more now that I’m resting it?

Normal healing?

Hi! It’s been about 3 weeks since I got my second line and the last couple days it’s been leaking clearish fluid that gets crusty. Google says that’s fine but idk it looks kinda gross to me and kinda smells lol. I took this before washing anything off. Am I being paranoid or should I see a doctor?

PS- the crease of my ear is always red due to existing skin issues
