Hi,

I am looking for suggestion on how NRIs transfer money to the builders when they book the apartment or if the have to make the subsequent payments?

I tried few apps like Xoom, Remitly etc. but they dont allow sending money to escrow accounts. Any help would be highly appreciated.

I need in making a decision between Brigade Belvedere and Sattva Songbird. So far the problem I see are

Belvedere: litigation and very high density apartments per acre.

Songbird: Tier 2 developer

What are the suggestions in choosing one over the other?

Are you folks ok with the ongoing litigation and property density/acre?

How is Sattva Songbird, which is right beside Belvedere?

Any thoughts and opinions on this?

I am looking for genuine suggestion regarding buying a 3BHK apartment in Bangalore. I have following requirements-

1. 3BHK
2. Minimum 1500 SBUA or 1000 Carpet Area
3. Maximum budget of 2.3cr
4. For personal use
5. Possession by 2029 or early 2030
6. Decent connectivity like nearby metro, roads etc.
7. Preferably East Corridor - including North East and South East. Kind of want the location to be bit equidistant from key IT hubs and Airport.

I have researched online and discussed the with channel partners and developers for following property online:

1. Brigade Belvedere
2. Nambiar District 25
3. Prestige Evergreen
4. Assetz Muse & Maison
5. Adarsh Welkin Park
6. Adarsh Tropica
7. Godrej Lakeside Orchid
8. Godrej Vanantara
9. Assetz Ren and Rei
10. Assetz Trees and Tandem
11. Assetz Sora and Saki
12. Sobha OneWorld

I have shortlisted following 3BHK properties, in the order of preference

1. Brigade Belvedere
2. Nambiar District 25
3. Prestige Evergreen
4. Assetz Muse and Masion

On paper these projects looks decent but ground realities could be completely different. Asking this community, am I thinking in right direction or there is something completely wrong with my choices. Anyone who already have bought into these properties please weigh in.

P.S: I am not in India, so I can not personally visit these projects.
