Tuition Assistance
Has anyone else had this problem with getting their tuition assistance approved? I provided them with the academic calendar, my course schedule, and my tuition bill, which should contain everything they are requesting. However, they are still giving me trouble, saying they cannot accept those documents. They need a memo from the university. I have spoken to my university veteran’s affairs department, and they said, “We do not provide these documents. Please let your education center know that all the information they are requesting is in the appropriate systems in accordance with the DoD MOU. They should be able to approve or deny your TA request using the information you provide and the information that is in the DoD systems.” I sent them that email, and they still said they will not approve it without that document, even though I've already provided all the requested information. I don't know what else to do to get my benefits approved. I've done everything I can possibly do, and I've contacted multiple departments at my university. Can someone give me any tips?
