Landlord plans to sell the house but is evicting us to move in.
Would appreciate all the help and insights;
He told us in December that we are being evicted because him & his wife want to move in here. Served a notice and all that. Then him & his wife went to the Phillipines for 3 months and were unreachable to contact (in regards to landlord reference.) Now they’re back & they’re bringing realtors to view the house because he’s claiming he’s “broke” and intends to sell the property immediately, but on the notices he’s given us, it still says he wants to move in. We’re not sure what to do here
