Curious what everyone would like to most see or read in the Guide to Kair Toren; I cannot for the life of me picture the wine tree, the layout of their house, or the layout of the processional scene with the Sun Margrave and would love art/maps for those.

(House Andrews have said they will be self-publishing a Guide to Kair Toren; originally, they thought it would be available for purchase this summer, but I'm guessing it's been pushed back due to writing/editing Maggie 2 and other commitments. I believe they've confirmed that 1-2 short stories from Solentine's perspective will be included, but that's all I know.)

Hi all - I've seen posts about shipping declarations and supporting documents to the BVA, in the context of cost and reliability. I'm curious if anyone has encountered the same issues I've had over the last week and if so, how you solved it, or if you just used a different carrier.

DHL - I went to a DHL location, and they took everything at first, but ultimately refused to ship the envelope when I couldn't provide a first and last name and explained it was to an office. They said they can only ship to residential addresses.

UPS - My back up was UPS (I previously went to a location and they actually recommended using DHL when I hesitated over the quoted $220). I was going to print a UPS label through PirateShip (for a heavily discounted $20), but then I saw that UPS may charge brokerage fees to the recipient for ferrying the envelope through customs. I'm well aware that if that happened the BVA would not pay this charge; I saw on a blog that brokerage fees wouldn't apply to items valued $0-20, but I have no idea if that is reliable information.

I'm happy to use FedEx or USPS as well, I was just very confused by running into these issues when others seem to have used these carriers without issue. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences!
