I have an employee na 3x na nagkamali (we almost lost our 5-year client bec of this) No NTEs was served during this mistake kasi akala ko din lilipas na ang mali, explained and corrected, but I really see no effort na nag improve/nagbago, sobrang dali ng task, he even has additional pay for this. I only have 5 employees, small retail. What sanctions can i give him now? Pwede ba na pause muna sya sa trabaho nya for the mean time? 1 month. Kasi laking perwisyo ng mistakes nya. Ang laking nawala (30K at this point plus trust ng client :(((( )

Hello sa inyo! Solo living female here and just moved in a week ago. Nakasanay ko na ang PAID parcels and yung work ko ngayon bawal kami mag receive ng deliveries unless food. How do you make sure na delivered sya? CCTV outside the house? Paano yung set up? Please help :)

Suppose working hours is 8:00-5:00 PM (12-1PM lunch break NOT PAID) pero hindi nag close ang store, nasa loob lang din kumakain. Is it valid to fully close the store during lunch break since hindi paid and from 8:00-12 , 1:00-5:00pm I will require NON stop work ?

For context, hindi busy ang store ko, alam yun ng staff, may 2hrs idle time walang costumers at pag sinabihan na gawin to gawin yan sasagutin ako ng “TAPOS NA” kahit naka pile pa or ibang EE nalang gagawa. So may hours na walang ginagawa, pero nag demand na close by 12-1PM kasi unpaid sila.
