Good morning everyone, I just woke up this morning with a ticket. I’m genuinely confused about few things in the ticket. Wheels turn wrong way I realized but I m confused with the “**more than 3 % grade, no blocks?** “ Can someone enlighten me about this? I genuinely don’t wanna repeat this same mistake and get a ticket again. Hope you all have a great day!
