I just took my week 3 quiz (graded) and there were topics on the quiz that we have not gone over in the class yet. This also played into our unit 3 material and assignments as these same topics definitely should have been covered before the Unit 3 material, if that makes sense. I would be happy to share the topic details, I'm just not sure if I am allowed to here, but if you are taking Microeconomics then you may be experiencing the same thing.

I looked ahead into future units and the same exact material that will be covered in unit 5 is what was provided in the unit 2 module. The assignment is also basically the same though it's not identical word for word. I think they put the unit 5 material in both units 2 and 5 and skipped material that should have been in unit 2 that was on our graded quiz and would have really helped make understanding the unit 3 material a LOT easier.

I did dispute my quiz grade and raise the question of why this happened to my instructor; I'm just wondering if anyone else ran into this problem.

I just found out that you can review the similarity report within minutes after submitting an assignment that has the Turnitin symbol. If you click on the percentage, it will open a new browser tab with the full report in the Turnitin Feedback Studio highlighting all the possible areas of plagiarism.

I think this is a really huge improvement from Moodle because we no longer have to ask for a copy of this report from the instructor after falsely being accused of plagiarizing. :)

I've noticed in our new online campus that when you look at the list of assignments for a class there is a Turnitin logo only on some of them. Does this mean that only those assignments will be checked for plagiarism? Why would they not check every assignment?
