Hello all. My partner and I just recently moved into an apartment on Long Island. Within the lease agreement, it says we are responsible for 1/3 of the heating oil. Our official move-in date was 8/15. The landlord sent pictures of receipts from 3/29 and 7/29 indicating we were responsible for the full tank. Are we obligated to pay this? I’m pretty sure there were also tenants in the house prior to us. So I could maybe see paying for the 7/29 delivery but I am unsure. It does not say anywhere in the lease agreement we would be responsible for existing oil. Let me know what yall think. Thank you.

Anyone doing this, this league? Not the best at making builds and I think I saw a couple people last Phrecia doing venom gyre. Don’t know if anyone can point me in the right direction. I think it would be dex stacking which I have never done either. Thoughts? Looking for something chaos or poison. Alternatively I might go HOAG or PConc of bouncing. Let me know what you guys think.

Hey yall! I used to be heavily into playing cards/magic in the early 2010s. Getting back into it as a hobby and I was wondering if there were any good mass-produced simple looking decks. For reference I always liked the design of the Bee Stingers, Daniel Madison’s rounders, the Split Spades, the Fontaines, and the NOC decks by Alex Pandrea. All just more basic/minimalistic backs. This would be mainly for magic/cardisty. I prefer a thinner stock usually. Any recommendations? Thanks!
