Physical Copies?

So I have loved current joys for a long time but I just recently gained an amazing stereo system so I looked into physical media for Current Joys’ music and I have questions, and I’m guessing this would be a good place to ask

  1. Why are the cassettes so expensive? They are almost exclusively 20 bucks and up where I look which is absurd for a cassette imo

  2. Did me oh my mirror not get a physical release on anything other than vinyl? And also that press is expensive as all hell as well. It’s my favorite album and I would be sad if I can’t really get a physical copy of it for a decent price

  3. I find that there’s like little to no cd pressings, would anyone be able to give me insight on that?

Beatles cd questions

Hi, I have recently gained an obsession with the Beatles as my friend encouraged me to relisten to it and I have a different ear than my last time listening to it. I want to buy CDs, and my question is what version of Beatles CDs have the best/recommended mixes and masters of each album?

For context:

My parents are on vacation and I came to watch the house while they’re gone, I have 3 days until they come home.

So I was leaving the house today and accidentally backed into the garage door while it was still opening, leaving a decent crack in the door and dents along the impact area. I closed it just fine and came back to find that the garage door wouldn’t open all the way. And with that I found that it just got unseated with the red cord. Not a huge deal, so I put it back, and now it closes fine and opens with what sounds like a bang after a short stop. After inspection one of the wheels was loose from the bottom hinge which I bent out and put the wheel back in, another one of the hinges is broken, and the top hinge seems like it is bent but I can’t tell. My plan is to replace the broken hinge and attempt to patch the crack with epoxy, to see if that does anything. There is a slight sag to the side that I hit whenever it is up all the way, so I’m not sure how serious the damage is. I plan to try my best to fix it and if I cannot do anything about it I will pay my parents back for the repairs that a professional would have to make.

How cooked am I?

EDIT: I also plan to own up to it and do whatever I can to make it right regardless of if my own repairs work

EDIT 2: Replaced the 1 bracket (broken one) and it is working and operating exactly like it was before I hit it, any further advice would still be appreciated!
