I have lived here for 20 years. My lease is a standard lease from back then. Fully inclusive. I thought the changes for AC fees did not start till july? Can someone tell me how to deal with this, it feels a bit... sketchy.
Pretty sure the changes do not apply till july 1st so what should i do?
This is my first review. I was looking for a solid indica cart that would help relax me and get to sleep.... wow this is the one. Did the preheat feature on the yocan and did a 1 second hit at 2.3V. Spent the next hour totally couch locked body was sand. So so so relaxing. So strong. Very body heavy stone to it. Was feeling it for about 2.5 hours (I have a lower tolerance). Would buy again!

As stated above wondering how me putting in my AC will effect me? I was planning on installing this month ahead of the changes. Any advice? Tia.
