Hi! I’ve been getting a lot of questions about this, so I decided to share some of the topics I remember from the BLEPP.

‼️DISCLAIMER: These are only the topics I personally remember. I could be mistaken, and there may be missing information since I took the exam last year. The PRC may have also changed the coverage since then.‼️

I’ll make this a thread and organize it by subject. Please check the comments for each subject area. I keep getting asked the same questions in private messages, so I thought it would be easier to compile everything here instead.

I passed the BLEPP last year, and work has been a bit slow lately, so feel free to ask me anything about the board exam / career wise.

I honestly considered backing out as the exam date got closer because of the pressure, anxiety, and all the requirements that needed to be completed. Nagkaissue kasi yung sakin but I pushed through, took the exam, and passed. Yay!

I’ve been working in recruitment for almost two years, and work with an Australian and Philippine team. We also administer personality assessments as part of the job, so some aspects of the work are still closely related to what Psychometricians do sadyang more fast paced because of the headcount that we need to fill.
