This platform is so so so frustrating, they keep rejecting original items during digital authentication. The customer service is very terrible and not even a real person. They even rejected a Givenchy hat from me which i bought in store with receipt. They think they know everything about authentication, but they are just a bunch of amateurs. Offers are always the lowest possible, and when you accept it nobody buys the item. The 30% seller fee is just ridiculous, they take so much of our hard earned money, and literally everything about this platform is fucked and they don't help with anything. Why do we even use this?
