Need a new customer success rep

Hi,

Does anyone have advice on how to go about requesting a new customer success rep?

Myself and my team are just very much over our current rep. Every person on my team has had frustrations with this individual and as our company’s vendor manager I can confirm I’ve never heard any of them have this experience with any of our vendors.

It’s rep specific and I’ve got to make a change. 😬

I wish we’d go to a members only or SC class pack/intro class only model

My studio is constantly full, and the wait lists are full.

I’m starting to think that SC would benefit by cutting its contracts with classpass.

At this point I think there’s enough of a market to push memberships or purchase classes through SC, instead of a corporate 3rd party conglomerate.

Or, alternatively, only open class pass once members have access the schedule for a full week before, or, pull members from wait lists first. Option 3- no more “full” waitlists. Any member gets to be on it.

Option 4: waitlist is for members only, or for people who purchased a class/ class pack through SolidCore.
