Looking at a few different trucks and was just curious about the auto level feature. I’m sure having airbags on the rear make the ride “smoother” but wondering what the consensus is on it? I regularly tow a 10k dry weight travel trailer throughout the year.

Looking at buying a “low” mile used Diesel 2500. I know in 25 they swapped to the 8 speed. Would you spend the extra 10k for a newer model and 8 speed transmission? And yes I know there are other differences, but this subject seems to be a point of contention for many people. Thanks in advance. Frequently pull 12000lb camper, travel for work.
