Arkadaslar selamlar, benim 13 temmuz'da idata randevum oldu Almanya master icin ama hala donus almadim (asagidaki mail disinda), normal mi bu kadar bekleme? okulum 1 ekim'de basliyor, kesin kabulum var ve eksik belge talep edilmedi. Ev de tutamıyorum şu an vize gelmediği için, bu kadar uzaması ret edilme olasılığı demek oluyor? Tecrubesi olan varsa yazarsa cok sevinirim.

İşlem süresi, başvuru sahiplerinden ek belgelerin talep edilmesi veya Almanya'daki yetkili makamlara başvuru mecburiyeti gibi faktörlere bağlı olarak değişebilir. Alman Başkonsolosluğu'nun bu süre üzerinde hiçbir etkisi yoktur.

Hi everyone,

I’m in a stressful situation with Expatrio.

I received my admission letter from a German public university and successfully completed my blocked account and health insurance process through Expatrio. However, right after completing those steps, my divorce was finalized. This required me to legally change my surname back, renew my passport, and update all my documents.

A month ago, I contacted Expatrio customer support to ask how to handle the name change. They instructed me to send over my new passport once I received it. I have since uploaded the new passport directly to the Expatrio portal and sent two separate follow-up emails with the documents attached.

It has been a week, and I haven't heard a single word back. I also have my insurance via Dr Walter on Expatrio too.

I am incredibly stressed because I’m already running behind my visa timeline, and I cannot book or finalize my visa appointment without the correct details on my official blocking confirmation. The total silence is the most frustrating part, I don't even know if they’ve opened my emails or started the update.

Has anyone gone through a name/passport change with Expatrio after approval? How long did it take?

Should I consider canceling my account, pulling my funds, and switching to another provider (like Fintiba or Coracle)?

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated!
