I'm really worried abt college allotments.
Dear stranger if you really have time and are from the same field or gave same exam (mhcet 5 year llb) then plese read me out and help me cause i genuinely need your help.
So basically i always wanted to pursue law as my career but my parents never agreed they always wanted me to pursue mbbs, so i spent 2 and a half years of my life preparing for that, half way through my drop year i was suffering through depression and genuinely didn't want to persue mbbs, i told my parents I won't do it anymore i will opt for law, they were so against it didn't even let me study for law entrance, i was previously preparing for clat (self preparation) but my parents used to come check on my every 20 mins to see whether I'm studying for neet or clat, it was a very disturbing phase of my life, i couldn't give clat because there was no center for clat exam in my city, and my parents would definitely not let me go or take me to another city for giving clat, so i decided not to opt for clat and to give mhcet 5 yr llb, as i didn't wanted to go out of state, and NLUs in MH aren't very good comparatively to glc and ils, so i gave cet without any preparation and scored 88.92 percentile, and i was genuinely happy that i scored this without any preparation and also with a very disturbed mental state, my friend who is in ils a year ahead of me, told me that with this score i can easily get into ils in first cap round because in 2025 people with this score easily got in (also i am an obc female candidate) so i was hoping at least for ils in first allotment, and one of her friend got into glc last year with 86 percentile a general category female, so i had hopes of getting in at least ils in first round, so i gave 3 options in first cap- glc, ils, pgcl. But i didn't got into any in first allotment, im increasing no. of options in 2nd round but i want a good college, cause my parents are still against my decision of persuing law but if i get a good college they won't taunt me 24/7 at least, but my parents clearly said if i won't get in ils or glc, then they will make me take another drop for neet, which i dont want to!
PLEASE, Help me, guide me if you have been through the same situation precious year, or have any knowledge about cap rounds and allotments, what should i do next cause i dont wanna give neet, but at the same time i dont wanna take another drop for clat or cet 2027.
