BS in CS and minor in math

Hi everyone, I was wondering what you guys think about the schedule template I created for earning a BS in computer science and a minor in math.
I have completed all gen ed and lower division at my community college and i will be starting at davis this fall.
As you can see in the image, i can finish in 5 quarters. However, i don’t know how this affects financial aid and housing. I will be living at orchard park.
Any recommendations? Plus any advice for being in the college of engineering is appreciated.
Thank you!

Never been on quarter system before and would like to hear some input.

How hard is it to manage four upper division classes a quarter? I am computer science major.

Not working on the side.

I know this is subjective but I want to hear from your experience.

Any advice on finding off campus housing? I have zero experience with the city so I am so lost.

I am an incoming computer science transfer student and I am looking for housing starting September for the upcoming academic year.

I am looking for a single room and to share the house with female roommates.

I am pretty clean and like my space to be tidy. I spend a lot of time studying and I am quiet and respectful. I don't go out as much and my ideal fun is a staying in night with movies and long talks and going to the gym.

I go to sleep around 10-11 and wake up around 7.

My budget is up to $1400 including utilities.

Please let me know if you have a spot or any information that can help me.
