Gf started prog at about 1 year on hrt for 100 days then stopped as she ran out and didn't have any money to buy more.
Planning on diy-ing prog using cocoa butter based suppositories soon and was wondering if there would be any significant breast growth after starting prog again at 2 years hrt.
Am I able to to just measure out progesterone and put it into dissolvable gel capsules for suppository use or do I need a carrier oil for it?
This would seem less time consuming than using cocoa butter and there's no need to keep it in a fridge or it going rancid but if I need a carrier oil then I'll just make them with the cocoa butter.
If anyone has any guides for making prog suppositories then that would be useful as the guides on hrtcafe are gone now and there aren't any guides yet on the new website.
I really struggle with sleeping and waking up early in general and now that Im doing driving lessons I know I need to be fully awake before driving but it been difficult.
I always feel a bit anxious and shaky for the first half of my lesson and it really knocks my confidence down a lot.
Any advice for getting for getting to sleep and waking up early would be appreciated.
